Access is capacity-controlled through booking rules and monthly credits — lower tiers do not receive unlimited access, and members shower before using recovery equipment. This keeps every session calm, clean and genuinely restorative.

Recovery 4 ($99) or Recovery 8 ($159) sessions per month as a standalone plan — or bundled into club tiers: 4 sessions in Restore, 8 in Club, with credits and priority booking in Complete and Executive.
