Today, anyone who wants strength training, professional skin care and real recovery has to hold memberships at three or four different businesses — a strength studio, a med spa, a recovery lounge — each with its own app, its own schedule and its own vibe. Forma House brings them together.
We're not one more gym, and we're not one more spa. We're a single, intentional club where strength, skin, recovery and fuel live under one roof — more complete than a gym, more active than a spa, and far more welcoming than a high-intensity or fight environment.
The meaning of Forma
Forma is Latin for form — shape, structure, and the beauty that emerges from both. It is the root of transform, formation and formidable, and it captures exactly what happens here: we give form to strength, to skin, to recovery — and, in time, to a more confident version of you. We didn't want a name about working out; we wanted one about being shaped — deliberately, beautifully, on your own terms. The Λ at the heart of our mark is an upward peak: form in motion, always rising.

Forma House is planned for Palm Beach County — Boca Raton, Delray Beach or West Palm Beach — chosen for an affluent, active community that values premium wellness. Our long-term goal is one exceptional, well-run location, with expansion only if the model proves itself.
