Forma means form: the shape, structure and intention behind becoming stronger, healthier and more confident. That is what Forma House is built around. We bring open-format training, recovery, skin, fuel and wellness experiences into one organized club so every part of the experience supports the same goal: helping you take better form.
The Λ in our mark represents an upward peak: form in motion, always rising.
Why Forma House exists
Today, anyone who wants premium training, real recovery, professional skin care and a healthy place to spend time has to hold memberships at four or five different businesses — a gym, a recovery studio, a med spa, a healthy café — each with its own app, its own schedule and its own vibe. Forma House brings them together.
We're not one more gym, and we're not one more spa. We're a single, intentional club that is more restorative than a gym, more active than a spa, more social than a recovery studio and more approachable than a clinical wellness center.
Recovery at the center
The spa-inspired Forma Recovery suite is the heart of the club — infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light, compression and a recovery lounge designed for lingering. Around it, an elevated open-format training floor gives you the freedom of an open gym with optional coaching, assessments and personal training — never a rigid class schedule.
Welcoming by design
Forma House is an adults-focused, design-conscious, inclusive club — designed with women in mind and built for everyone. It's for people who want structure, restoration and connection without the intimidation of a traditional gym or the coldness of a clinical wellness business. Everything — the programming, the design, the service — is built around our members, and the space stays warm, organized and confident.

Forma House is planned for Palm Beach County — Boca Raton, Delray Beach or West Palm Beach — chosen for an affluent, active community that values premium wellness. Our long-term goal is one exceptional, well-run location, with expansion only if the model proves itself.
